Drug & alcohol coaching with two in-person visits a week, minimum, plus daily check-ins. Michael meets your son where he lives — his apartment, your home — and helps him find a sponsor, a home group, and meetings that actually stick.

You shouldn't have to manage this alone either. Michael works with parents as much as the client, coaches families on boundaries and detachment, and becomes your single point of contact — one invoice, one relationship, the logistics off your plate.

Same-day response, a real assessment, and placement into detox or treatment. If needed, Michael will personally stay with your son to help him stabilize — with team support behind him, never alone.

About Michael Fowler
He's been where your son is.
Michael was a nationally ranked junior tennis player before he ever touched a drink. He was sixteen the first time he tried drugs and alcohol — "within a week I was off and running." What followed was years battling addiction, cocaine to heroin, and a stretch of homelessness, in the years before fentanyl made that road so much more dangerous.
"If fentanyl had been around, there's a good shot I wouldn't be here."
He got sober — ten years, in fact — then relapsed. So he knows relapse from the inside, not from a textbook. He's been rebuilding since, and today he's about five years sober, with his own gambling recovery running alongside it.
Michael has worked inside the treatment industry since 2005: a behavioral health tech, then admissions, then business development, then leadership. "The further I got from the guys, the less connection I felt," he says. YANA Recovery Services is his way back to the work that actually matters — sitting with a family at their kitchen table, not behind a desk.
He also served in the recovery ministry at Highland Park United Methodist Church, one of the largest Methodist churches in the country, on SMU's campus, and works in partnership with Campbell Recovery Services.
